More ways to sneak veggies in the kids’ food:
- V8 in the pasta sauce (just stir 3/4 cup of that ish in the red sauce!)
- Chopped spinach in the pasta sauce
- Mashed cauliflower instead of potatoes. (just cook in milk & parmesan cheese)
- Try the spaghetti squash with sauce.
